Orders
Backorder products will take up to 20 working days to produce, depending on the item. Backorder products can be returned at the client’s cost the same way as regular purchases. We will contact you as soon as your order has been placed to inform you of the expected delivery time.
The best thing to do would be to measure yourself and to contact us directly so that we can advise which size would be the best fit for you. Our highly skilled team of professionals are very experienced in advising the best size to choose considering the different styles and fabrics. In addition, we can alter items to make them fit perfectly if you are in the middle of two sizes for instance.
We have a pop-up size chart in each product description. We recommend to measure yourself and if unsure which size to go for, to contact us directly. This way we can suggest which size fits you the best and make sure to send you the best fitting item.
In case you don’t have a measuring tape at hand, please let us know and we will find a solution.
Use a soft measuring tape and follow these instructions:
1) Bust – Measure the circumference of your chest. Place one end of the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, wrap it around (under your armpits, around your shoulder blades, and back to the front) to get the measurement.
2) Waist: Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (sort of like a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. This is normally the narrowest part of your waist. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.) Don’t suck in your stomach, or you’ll get a false measurement.
3) Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the tape measure around your rear, around the other hip, and back to where you started. Make sure the tape is over the largest part of your buttocks. To make sure the tape is evenly, try to do it in front of a mirror.
Yes, we can produce many styles as well to bespoke clothing according to the client’s measurements. However, please note that made-to-measure or altered items are not returnable. If you wish made to measure items or bespoke, please contact us directly.
Shipping
We’re committed to getting your products to you as quickly as we can! For items in stock, expect shipping within 1-3 days. If you choose an item on backorder, please allow 15-20 working days for production. Once you place your order, we’ll update you on the expected delivery time.
Yes. We offer international shipping for 20€. Please note that the client is responsible for any costs related to the return.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your agreement with us within 14 days of receiving your product(s).
To initiate a return, please email us at info@alexanderling.ee with your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product(s) upon receiving your request.
Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return, such as shipping fees.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Products that are custom-made according to your specifications cannot be returned.
Additionally, please be aware that products purchased by legal entities are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return a product, please handle it with care. You may only use or try on the item in a manner similar to what you would do in a physical store. If the product shows signs of wear or use, we may not accept the return or may only issue a refund based on its condition.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the returned goods.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@alexanderling.ee.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. We will contact you once the returned item is received.
